Job Overview


We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations of Fio Restaurant, a prominent chain of Restaurants & Bars in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and budget
  • Create and implement strategies to maximize sales and minimize costs
