Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team . As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas of the establishment. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Goa, India. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle customer complaints or requests in a professional manner.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff in their daily duties.
• Ensure all areas of the establishment are clean, organized, and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Train new housekeeping staff members on cleaning procedures and techniques.
• Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require cleaning or repairs.
• Address customer complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain overall cleanliness of the establishment.
• Implement and enforce housekeeping rules and regulations.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
