Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Personal Loan Telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and achieving daily/monthly disbursement targets through effective telecalling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell personal loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and interest rates.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Ensure complete and accurate data entry in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement.
• Meet and exceed assigned targets for loan login and disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle queries or objections professionally.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of personal loan products and lending processes.
• Target-driven with a proven track record in telesales or financial product sales.
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Minimum (12th pass); graduates preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in personal loans or financial services.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Compensation: Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance
