Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to promote and sell personal loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales

  • Call potential customers and explain personal loan products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Address queries regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and interest rates.
  • Ensure a smooth loan application process for the customer.

Achieving Sales Targets

  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell other financial products when required.

Data Management & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and loan applications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English + Regional Language].
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and loans (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Experience:

  • 0-3 years in telesales / telecalling / banking / financial sales (Freshers can apply).

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior experience in loan sales, banking, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
