Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to promote and sell personal loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation & Sales
- Call potential customers and explain personal loan products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
✅ Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Address queries regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and interest rates.
- Ensure a smooth loan application process for the customer.
✅ Achieving Sales Targets
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell other financial products when required.
✅ Data Management & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Requirements:
✅ Education:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
✅ Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English + Regional Language].
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and loans (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
✅ Experience:
- 0-3 years in telesales / telecalling / banking / financial sales (Freshers can apply).
✅ Additional Requirements:
- Prior experience in loan sales, banking, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
