Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up to close sales.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Educational Qualification: High School Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
