Title: Senior Recruiter – HR (Personal Loan Sales Process)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our Personal Loan Sales vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-volume sales hiring, experience working in the financial services sector, and the ability to deliver quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for front-line and mid-level roles in personal loan sales, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • High-Volume Hiring:
  • Strategize and execute bulk hiring plans to meet aggressive targets for telesales, field sales, and team lead positions across regions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with sales leadership and HR business partners to understand manpower requirements and build efficient hiring funnels.
  • Sourcing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus drives.
  • Candidate Evaluation:
  • Conduct preliminary assessments focusing on communication, sales acumen, and cultural fit for personal loan sales teams.
  • Recruitment Metrics:
  • Track hiring progress using ATS or Excel dashboards and ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality metrics, and cost-per-hire targets.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure proper documentation, background verification, and compliance with company and regulatory hiring standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related fields). MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 4-6 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on sales hiring in financial services or NBFCs.
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in volume hiring
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using ATS, Excel, and job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Preferred Industry Experience:
  • BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), NBFC, FintecH
