Personal Loan TeleSales Executive

Job Summary:

The Personal Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of personal loans through proactive lead generation, exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires excellent sales skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue potential customers for personal loans.
  • Convert leads through outbound calls, emails.
  1. Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Educate customers on loan products, benefits, eligibility criteria, and terms.
  1. Loan Processing Assistance:
  • Collect and verify required customer documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth end-to-end loan application and approval processes.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Track sales progress using CRM tools and provide timely reports to management.
  1. Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory policies.
  • Share customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
  1. Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, financial guidelines, and local regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  1. Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial sales, loan services, or related roles.
  1. Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  1. Personal Attributes:
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of loans closed per month.
  • Customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of loan documentation.
