Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Loan Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals. The role involves driving sales performance, managing daily activities, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds personal loan sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal loans, leadership skills, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve personal loan sales target.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure optimal team performance.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase personal loan sales and market share.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling personal loan products to existing customers.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a point of escalation for any complex customer issues or loan-related queries.
Training & Development:
Provide on-the-job training and continuous learning opportunities to improve the sales skills of team members.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure that the team adheres to all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to personal loan sales.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in personal loan sales, banking, or financial services, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to exceed sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of personal loan products, market trends, and sales techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer situations.
Attributes:
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with the possibility of overtime.
