Job Title: Personal Loan Team Trainer

Department: Personal Loans

Reports To: Manager

Location: Sec 3 Noida

Salary - upto 35k

Position Summary:

The Personal Loan Team Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the personal loan team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. This includes educating loan officers on personal loan products, sales techniques, customer service best practices, compliance, and company policies. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness and providing ongoing support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the personal loan team’s needs, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and new product offerings to incorporate into training content.


Conduct training sessions for new hires, existing team members, and managers to ensure team proficiency in personal loan processes, systems, and customer service standards.


Facilitate role-playing exercises and practical simulations to help team members practice and refine their skills in real-world scenarios.

Onboarding and Continuous Development:

Lead the onboarding training for new hires, providing them with the knowledge they need to succeed in their roles from day one.

Organize refresher training sessions for existing staff to ensure they stay current with industry standards, product offerings, and compliance regulations.

Monitor performance of loan officers and identify areas where additional training or support is needed.

Assessment

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by conducting assessments, quizzes, and performance reviews to measure team knowledge retention and skill application.

Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members after the initial training, ensuring that they successfully apply what they have learned in their day-to-day work.


Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain records of training programs, sessions conducted, and employee progress.

Prepare reports for management on the effectiveness of training programs and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Min 2-3 years.

Skills:Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for different learning styles.

In-depth knowledge of personal loan products, loan origination processes, and customer service standards.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to personal loans.


Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
