Position Overview:
The Personal Loan Sales Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of personal loan sales executives to achieve assigned business targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales acumen, and a performance-driven mindset to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of personal loan sales executives.
- Drive the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly disbursement and login targets.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Implement sales strategies to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
- Conduct daily sales huddles and weekly reviews to track individual and team progress.
- Provide product training, objection handling techniques, and sales skill development.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines during the loan process.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure smooth disbursements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Identify underperformers and initiate performance improvement plans when necessary.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing personal loan sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of DSA/DST/telesales lending models.
- Ability to lead with motivation, discipline, and integrity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in personal loan sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Remuneration: UPTO 40K+ Performance-based incentives
