Position Overview:

The Personal Loan Sales Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of personal loan sales executives to achieve assigned business targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales acumen, and a performance-driven mindset to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of personal loan sales executives.
  • Drive the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly disbursement and login targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Implement sales strategies to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct daily sales huddles and weekly reviews to track individual and team progress.
  • Provide product training, objection handling techniques, and sales skill development.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines during the loan process.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure smooth disbursements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Identify underperformers and initiate performance improvement plans when necessary.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in managing personal loan sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of DSA/DST/telesales lending models.
  • Ability to lead with motivation, discipline, and integrity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in personal loan sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Remuneration: UPTO 40K+ Performance-based incentives
