Job Overview

The Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting personal loan products. This role involves achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and regulations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. (High school diploma may suffice with relevant experience.)
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in personal loan sales, banking, or financial services.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of personal loan products and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Marketing:
  • Identify and contact potential customers to generate leads for personal loans.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Cross-sell financial products when applicable.
  1. Lead Generation and Business Development:
  • Build and maintain a database of customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other methods.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong customer relationships by addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely documentation and loan disbursement.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Assist customers in completing applications and verifying documents for eligibility.
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to the company’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly personal loan sales targets as assigned by the company.
  • Track and report sales performance to the sales manager.
  1. Market Research and Intelligence:
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the financial landscape.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
