· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. · Update accounts receivable and payable and issue invoices. · Purchase and GRN entries.
Update Import and Export transactions based on scrutiny of various documents provided. · Assist Head of Factory in smooth running of day-to-day business finance activities. · Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. · Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. · Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as desired by Director/GM-Finance. · Should have working knowledge about Statutory taxes such as GST, ESI, PT, PF, TDS, etc. and deadlines for filling of the same.
· Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations. · Assist seniors in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings. · Preparation of Sales Orders upon receiving orders from all the customers and will be needed to send sales order confirmation as an acknowledgement to the customers.

· Responsible to send outstanding ledger to all end customers for necessarily follow up for payments. This will be on regular basis from time-to time.

· Responsible to provide all documentary support during Audits and MIS information.

· Responsible to do bank and other reconciliations on daily basis & as and when required.

· Any other assignment given by Director / CFO to be done on day to day basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
