Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee our online sales operations across multiple ecommerce platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, promotions, and advertisements, as well as coordinating with our quality control, packing, and dispatch teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, excellent communication skills, and experience with tools like Helium and Jungle Scout.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize product listings on various ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc.)

- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility

- Create and manage advertisements across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

- Coordinate with quality control team to ensure high-quality products and timely delivery

- Provide instructions and guidance to packing and dispatch teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment

- Update stakeholders on day-to-day progress, sales performance, and other key metrics

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Utilize tools like Helium and Jungle Scout to optimize product listings, track sales performance, and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce management or a related field

- Proven track record of success in managing ecommerce operations and driving sales growth

- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and eBay

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Experience with tools like Helium and Jungle Scout (must)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
