Role Summary : To facilitate the business in identifying new market, expansion of existing market and provide necessary feedback from the market for new product development and existing once thereby achieve the company the revenue set as per the business plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new markets for sustainable business.
2. Develop and implement strategies for market expansion for existing product portfolio.
3. Prepare Budget based on the business plan and ensure budgetary controls on market development activities.
4. Ensure proper market research on existing and new products.
5. Ensure proper market analysis of new potential market through market inputs and feedbacks.
6. Develop & monitor demand generation for liquidation across products and markets.
7. Ensure proper manpower plan, improve the quality of the team through continuous training on market intelligence, market research and product knowledge.
8. Identify team potentials and develop them for future prospects.
9. Drive the ProRise program across identified clusters & ensure viability of 360 days old cluster.
10. Provide timely POP & other promotional inputs to meet the field requirements
11. Ensure improved brand visibility across platforms (Markets/Print media /Digital media)
12. Organizing product/solution training for external and internal customers
13. Provide Feedback on new product introduced & gaps in offering
14. Designing & communicating guidelines for marketing activities
1. Market Research, Branding, Demand Generation and Business analytics.
2. Well verse with concept selling, new product launch and Market development.
3. Hands-on on computers, making reports and various software applications that facilitate the business
