Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in using HRIS Software to manage employee data effectively and streamline HR processes (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in Employee Onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and foster engagement (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of Performance Management Systems to track, analyze, and improve employee performance (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in Talent Acquisition to effectively source and recruit candidates who align with company values and goals.
• Ability to develop and implement Employee Engagement Strategies that enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
• Knowledge of Payroll Processing ensures timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
• Familiarity with Compliance with Labor Laws to maintain adherence to all relevant regulations and policies.
• Strong Conflict Resolution skills to mediate disputes and mitigate employee concerns constructively.

Roles and Responsibilities
