Job Overview


The Business Development Associate role at Bhanzu offers an exciting opportunity for freshers to embark on a career in sales and business development. Based in Bangalore, this full-time position is ideal for individuals with strong communication and sales skills. As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding Bhanzu's presence by engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and contributing to overall business strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in inside sales to initiate conversations and drive interest in Bhanzu's educational offerings. (Mandatory skill)

  • Experience in direct sales to approach customers and convert leads into prospective clients for Bhanzu.
  • Telecalling skills to engage with potential customers over phone calls, enhancing customer outreach strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to shared goals and initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce them to Bhanzu's math-learning platform and its benefits.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Bhanzu’s educational offerings.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling, converting them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential and existing clients, ensuring up-to-date records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market reach.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Continuously seek self-improvement opportunities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
