**Job Description:**


As a Sales Executive at Triquench India Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services effectively. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


**Responsibilities:**


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives set by the company.

- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales visits, and pipeline management.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve goals.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and positive attitude.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
