Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Administration:
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
- Conduct property tours (in-person and virtual), highlighting features and amenities of the upscale condo community.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, addendums, and all related paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate lease signings and ensure all documentation is completed and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Manage lease expirations and initiate timely renewal offers.
- Maintain updated knowledge of available units, pricing, promotions, and community policies.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Act as a primary point of contact for all leasing and sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain strong rapport with current residents to encourage lease renewals and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Work collaboratively with the property manager and maintenance team to ensure a seamless move-in/move-out process.
- Address resident concerns or questions professionally, escalating complex issues when needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Keep accurate records of resident information, lease terms, and payment details.
- Maintain and update the leasing database and CRM system.
- Assist in organizing resident events or marketing efforts to increase occupancy.
- Support general office functions including filing, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming leasing office.
- Assist with reports and leasing performance tracking as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or administrative roles is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury residential community.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using property management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or business administration is a plus.
- Ability to work some Saturdays as needed.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a customer-first mindset.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay up to $23/hr (commensurate with experience)
- A stable full-time position in a well-maintained, upscale property
- Opportunity to grow your career in real estate, sales, or property management
- Supportive team environment and on-the-job training
