Managing client accounts and client handling 

Documentation 

Motivating team members to exceed expected goals

Responsible for online bidding on #Upwork, #Guru #Freelancer, #PPH etc. portals.

Must be good in proposal writing.

Developing growth strategies and plans

Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Writing business proposals
