Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Partner with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the management team on all HR matters, providing guidance and support
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop programs to enhance the employee experience
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment and selection of top-quality candidates
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually optimize HR strategies and processes
