Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategies for both technical and soft services, aligning them with the overall business objectives.
Team Leadership & Management:
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate technical and soft services staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Budget Management:
Oversee and control the budget for both technical and soft services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
Service Delivery:
Ensure the timely and effective delivery of both technical and soft services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the high quality of all services provided.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of both technical and soft services
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in both technical and soft services and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of technical operations and processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.

- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing technical and soft services teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ Years of equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to help employees strengthen their skills
- Assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion
- Develop strategic plans to optimize productivity
- Develop new business relationships and find opportunities for expansion
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and ensure positive motivation
- Enforce company policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and cultural values
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and supervise the production or manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
- Manage the organization’s operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
- Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with the company’s needs and demands.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential risks.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability.
- Lastly, perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
