Travel Desk / Front Desk Executive
Customer service: Greet guests, answer phone calls, and handle client complaints
Administrative tasks: Manage schedules, organize files, and maintain office supplies
Supervision: Assign work to employees and ensure that front office staff adhere to policies and procedures
Troubleshooting: Solve crises and report to upper management
Budgeting: Handle budgets and payrolls
Planning: Plan business travel and schedule appointments
Communication: Respond to emails and communicate with clients and stakeholders
Booking travel arrangements:
- Researching and booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation options based on client needs and budget.
- Negotiating rates with vendors to secure the best deals.
- Managing travel booking systems and online platforms.
- Assisting with visa applications and necessary travel documentation
- Ensuring travelers have all required documents and necessary information
- Providing pre-trip information and support
- Managing travel changes and cancellations efficiently
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders like HR and finance departments to manage travel requests
- Communicating with travel vendors and suppliers to confirm bookings and address any issues.
Work Location: Bangalore
Minimum Experience Required: 3-4 Years
Salary : Rs. 5 – 6 LPA
