Job Profile: Relationship Manager/ Clinic Manager /Retail manager

Client- Beauty and Wellness

Number of working days- 6 days working ( rotational week off)

Timings- 10 am-7 pm

Position Overview:

The Guest Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at the skin clinic. They are responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for clients. The role involves coordinating appointments, addressing client inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management:

  - Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.

  - Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely reminders.

  - Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.


2. Customer Service:

  - Provide accurate information about skin treatments, procedures, and products.

  - Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  - Offer personalized recommendations based on client's skin care needs.


3. Appointment Coordination:

  - Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and consultations using the clinic's software.

  - Coordinate with the clinic's medical staff to ensure smooth flow of appointments.


4. Administrative Support:

  - Maintain accurate client records and update the database with relevant information.

  - Manage billing and payment processing, as well as insurance-related matters.

  - Assist in inventory management of skincare products and supplies.


5. Client Relationship Management:

  - Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

  - Collect feedback from clients to improve services and overall experience.

  - Engage in follow-up communication to maintain client engagement.


6. Upselling and Cross-Selling:

  - Identify opportunities to recommend additional treatments or products to clients.

  - Effectively communicate the benefits of various services and products.


7. Hygiene and Cleanliness:

  - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  - Ensure proper sanitation measures are in place, adhering to clinic standards.


Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficient in using scheduling software and basic office applications.

- Knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and procedures is advantageous.

- Prior experience in customer service, front desk management, or a similar role is preferred.
