Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively screen and assess candidate qualifications
• Familiarity with HR support functions
• Experience with database handling and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of hiring practices and employment laws
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with onboarding activities
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
