Job Description- Lead Coach - AWS

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Coach – AWS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training on AWS certifications, mentoring learners through project-based assignments, and creating best-in-class learning materials. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance training delivery and support the continuous development of fellow trainers through Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct live, in-person, and virtual classes to train learners on AWS certifications.
• Engage students through dynamic teaching methodologies and active learning techniques.
• Assist and guide learners in project-based learning to ensure timely completion of their AWS technology projects.
• Content Development & Evaluation:
• Develop and evaluate AWS exam questions and determine passing scores.
• Create top-tier learning materials, including presentation slides, videos, reading materials, assignments, and projects.
• Mentoring & Collaboration:
• Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to upskill and mentor fellow trainers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
• Technology & Skills Enhancement:
• Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and certifications to deliver industry-relevant training.
• Adapt and expand technical expertise as per evolving business requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in AWS training or cloud computing.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification (or higher) is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Distributed systems and general networking concepts.
• Multi-tier architectures and cloud computing principles.
• Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, etc.).
• Linux, command line, and APIs.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Data storage mechanisms, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering formal presentations to both large and small groups.
• Proficiency in office application suites (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
• Willingness to continuously upgrade technical skills to meet business needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in mentoring and coaching other trainers.
• Ability to work on virtualization and distributed computing platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts is a plus.
