Job Description :
- Responsible to monitor &secure process control of key processes in the production and maintaining Online Inspection records for the same.
- To check & verify scrap note for the daily process rejection during the manufacturing process after reviewing the possibilities of rework & use from the rejected items.
- Maintaining of all documents, formats, procedures as per ISO 9001-2015 requirement (Online Inspection, Rejection Analysis, W.I.’s, etc.).
- Deciding preventive actions to minimize monthly rejection rating.
- Root cause analysis of rejected products and implementation of corrective actions.
- Preparing the list of Instruments and their calibration plan used in the process.
- Writing technical documentation (Product specification-BOM, PFD, FMEA, SOP/WI, Control Plan etc.).
- Support for analyzing the problem on process and offering solution.
- Reporting to immediate reporting manager for update on assigned project.
- Providing training to sub-ordinates and workers as per training scheduled submitted to HR department.
