Responsibility <ul><li>Conduct a risk assessment and determine the level of risk.</li><li>Understand laws and regulations and advise on the best way to implement them.</li><li>Educate on policies and procedures and raise awareness about them in staff/ workers</li><li>Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and policies</li><li>Periodic auditing the high-risk areas</li><li>Re-educate employees on regulations and issues identified during the audit</li><li>Hazardous waste management (how to reuse, reduce, and recycle hazardous waste)</li><li>Improvised an emergency preparedness plan and monitoring its effectiveness.</li><li>To display Safety posters in factory premises for create awareness among all workers.</li><li>Conducting periodic EHS audits and monitoring compliance levels.</li><li>Organized National Safety Day, Environment Day, and Fire Service Week.</li><li>To provide regular safety training.</li><li>An environmental impact study will be conducted, and a record will be kept.</li><li>Internal and external EMS-OHSAS audits will be conducted as planned.</li><li>Test the pressure vessel, power press, and lifting tackles on a regular basis.</li><li>Prepare and submit monthly and yearly returns, as well as an environmental statement, to the Gujarat Pollution Control Board.</li><li>Fire NOC &amp; CCOE/PESO- Chief Controller of Explosive/Petroleum Safety Organization department liaison with fire office</li><li>Procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), fire and safety materials.</li></ul>
