Responsibility

• Conduct a risk assessment and determine the level of risk.
• Understand laws and regulations and advise on the best way to implement them.
• Educate on policies and procedures and raise awareness about them in staff/ workers
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
• Periodic auditing the high-risk areas
• Re-educate employees on regulations and issues identified during the audit
• Hazardous waste management (how to reuse, reduce, and recycle hazardous waste)
• Improvised an emergency preparedness plan and monitoring its effectiveness.
• To display Safety posters in factory premises for create awareness among all workers.
• Conducting periodic EHS audits and monitoring compliance levels.
• Organized National Safety Day, Environment Day, and Fire Service Week.
• To provide regular safety training.
• An environmental impact study will be conducted, and a record will be kept.
• Internal and external EMS-OHSAS audits will be conducted as planned.
• Test the pressure vessel, power press, and lifting tackles on a regular basis.
• Prepare and submit monthly and yearly returns, as well as an environmental statement, to the Gujarat Pollution Control Board.
• Fire NOC & CCOE/PESO- Chief Controller of Explosive/Petroleum Safety Organization department liaison with fire office
• Procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), fire and safety materials.
