We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Specialist with a strong 

background in procurement, vendor development, and supply chain management within 

the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supplier negotiations, 

cost optimization, and international trade, along with proficiency in multiple languages for 

effective global communication. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Mandarin (Chinese) is 

highly preferred. The candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing sourcing strategies, 

identifying reliable suppliers, and ensuring seamless procurement operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with domestic and international 

suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency. 

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and 

industry trends. 

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and 

procurement efficiency. 

• Ensure supplier compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and 

international trade standards. 

• Manage and optimize procurement processes to enhance supply chain efficiency 

and reduce lead times. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business 

objectives. 

• Facilitate vendor audits, quality assessments, and risk management initiatives. 

• Provide multilingual support in Hindi, English, and Mandarin (Chinese) during 

business meetings, supplier negotiations, and trade exhibitions. 

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools to analyze procurement 

data, track supplier performance, and support decision-making. 

• Assist in import/export operations, logistics coordination, and compliance with 

chemical industry regulations. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Chemistry, Supply 

Chain Management, or a related field. 

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or 

supply chain operations, preferably in the chemical industry. 

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction and supplier 

development. 

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM 

applications. 

• In-depth understanding of international sourcing, trade regulations, and 

compliance requirements for chemical products. 

• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Mandarin (Chinese); additional language skills are a 

plus. 

• Strong networking and cross-cultural communication skills, particularly for working 

with Chinese, Taiwanese, and other global suppliers. 

• Ability to analyze procurement trends, optimize processes, and implement sourcing 

strategies effectively. 

• Passion for strategic sourcing, supply chain efficiency, and cost optimization. 

• Ability to adapt to diverse international business environments and cross-cultural 

settings. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to procurement challenges 

Preferred Qualifications:
