Computer skill: Excel, word, Power point, any accounting software

Purchase:
- Managing overall purchases
- Maintaining shipment ETA, ETD with payment dates to principles timely
- International Co-ordination SIRA Dubai
- Monitoring stock levels, reordering supplies
- Working with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries
- Preparing reports and communicating with management
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining CHA co-ordination
- Submission of clearance Hazardous certificate timely for clearance
- Proper understanding of Jafza Rules along with customs
ACCOUNTS:
- Interacting with various Government authorities like VAT, Corporate Tax.
- Enhanced financial processes through initiatives geared towards lowering risk, heightening
- Fulfilling requirements of Internal & Statutory auditors; providing accurate and timely reports of financial statement
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Implementing systems, procedures, manuals for preparation, maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Reviewing monthly financial statements, variance analysis, highlighting weaknesses, and recommending effective suggestions for improvements
- Ensure protection of company assets with appropriate insurance, controls like periodic and surprised physical verification
CSR:
- Interacting with various clients for queries
- Post and Pre-sales service to client
- Co-ordination with back-end team in INDIA
- Freight cost to be shared if required
- Proforma Invoice preparation
- Payment follows up from debtors timely
- Provide Quote for inquiries for material
Software:
- TALLY
- SAP - ADDED ADVANTAGE
JAFZA:
- Managing all kinds of Certificate / License renewal timely
ADMIN:
- Manage overall Admin related Job
- Creating and implementing policies for employees to follow
- Updating administrative databases: Updating administrative databases
- Handling confidential information: Handling confidential information with discretion
- Maintaining proper filing of all office related docs
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
Sales:
- Worked in Chemical Industry would be an added advantage
- Target oriented Sales
- Managing CRM and daily report on visit with Future visit
- Market research of our products
- Sales Strategy.
- Strong follow up with Directors and Customers.
NOTE:
- Candidate should be DUBAI residence
- Candidate should have 4-wheeler License.
