Sr. Business Specialist/ Business Specialist - Mercant Onboarding (FOS) 

Business Specialist will be responsible to acquire/ onboard new merchants (Large standalone business, multi-store chain /regional chains) for feedback & growth solutions

Responsible scheduling & conducting meetings with merchants

Identifying Merchant Business Problems and suggesting Extraa Solutions to resolve it

Responsible for Explaining Extraa Solutions to Merchants & Tariff negotiation

Fulfilling Onboarding formalities and payment closure

Post Onboarding Installation and briefing

Business Specialist will also be responsible for retention and cross sales of other products.
