Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for the night shift at our Pune location. This full-time position is open to freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a vital part of our team, you will engage directly with customers, providing prompt and effective service to meet their needs. This role requires working night shifts, demanding a high degree of verbal communication and fluency in English.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent English proficiency for clear and effective communication (Mandatory skill).
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts accommodating different time zones (Mandatory skill).
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers constructively (Mandatory skill).
- Experience or capability in providing seamless customer support over various communication channels.
