  • Strong written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions, both online and offline (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent phone etiquette, capable of managing calls with professionalism and empathy to create a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to overall team objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet strict deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of industry-standard customer service software and tools, enhancing efficiency in handling customer queries.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
