Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls to and from international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Record details of customer interactions and actions taken in CRM tools.
• Meet performance targets such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
• Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in BPO/Call Centre is an advantage (not mandatory for freshers).

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
