Position: Process Trainer
Process: Acko General Insurance (Motor Insurance)
Location: Gurugram

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
1. Training Delivery:
Conduct product and process training sessions for new hires on motor insurance policies under Acko General Insurance.
Facilitate refresher training to ensure existing employees stay updated on process changes and sales techniques.
2. Content Development:
Design and update training materials, including modules on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.
Customize training content based on process requirements and agent performance analysis.
3. Performance Monitoring:
Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments, role-plays, and simulations.
Provide feedback and coaching to improve knowledge retention and application.
4. Knowledge Enhancement:
Stay updated on Acko's motor insurance products, policies, and regulatory changes to ensure accurate knowledge dissemination.
Collaborate with the quality team to identify areas for improvement and align training sessions accordingly.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Prepare and share reports on training effectiveness and trainee progress.
6. Support and Guidance:
Mentor and support new employees during their onboarding phase to ensure smooth integration into the process.
Assist team leaders and managers in addressing knowledge gaps within their teams.
