Job Description: Associate – Backend Process

Responsibilities:

Process and validate financial/operational data accurately.

Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies.

Assist with invoice processing, reporting, and documentation.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in processes.

Ensure data accuracy and support process improvements.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).

Knowledge of accounting principles.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

ERP tools (Tally) and basic knowledge of GST/TDS.
