Job Overview


We are hiring a Telesales Executive to join our team at Emrold Management Services Private Limited. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, convincing them to purchase our products or services. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong outbound calling and convincing skills
  • Experience in lead generation and converting leads into sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales databases

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of our products or services
  • Convince customers to purchase our products or services by highlighting their features and advantages
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to convert them into sales
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints or issues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Document all customer interactions and update the sales database
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities
