Job Overview
EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Junior US IT Staffing and Recruitment specialist based in Delhi, Noida, Pune, or Bengaluru. This full-time position requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing process and an ability to work in our listed locations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in various candidate sourcing tools to ensure a streamlined recruitment process (Mandatory skill).
- Strong skills in contract negotiation to close offers and secure candidate commitment (Mandatory skill).
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques to locate high-quality candidates within databases and online platforms.
- Understanding of vendor management systems (VMS) to manage the candidate supply chain effectively.
- Experience with job boards management to post and update job listings regularly.
- Ability to use interview scheduling software for coordinating candidate interviews seamlessly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, within specified locations.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and approach suitable IT candidates.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with potential hires to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Operate and maintain applicant tracking systems for efficient candidate management.
- Conduct detailed screening and interviews to select suitable candidates for various IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences for open positions.
- Maintain an active database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics for informed decision-making.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communications and expectations throughout the recruitment process.
