Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and talented IT Recruiter to join our team at EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is expected to be performed as a full-time &remote position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment and should be open to work in rotational shift.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions with qualified candidates
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Preferred candidates with IT educational background and excellent command over English.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various IT positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top IT talent
  • Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate management, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future job openings
  • effectively identify relevant candidates
