Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is open to candidates with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience at our locations in Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad. As a mid-level position, the role requires proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce development and related technologies, contributing to our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience of at least four years in Salesforce B2B Commerce development, with the ability to identify and solve technical challenges efficiently.
• Strong knowledge in Apex programming, enabling custom solutions and ensuring the robustness of the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Visual Force development to create visually appealing and effective interfaces that enhance user interaction.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce CRM, including customization, configuration, and management of the platform.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with stakeholders and document project progress effectively.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and knowledge of development lifecycle processes to ensure efficient project execution.
• 3 – 8 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer (with Apex/Visual Force/Lightning)
• Deep understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS with Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions is a must.
• Experience and deep knowledge of integration to e.g., ERP, CRM, DAM, PIM and other third-party integrations.
• Data Management Experience (i.e., import/export tools such as dataloader.io, Salesforce data loader, Jitterbit, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of B2B Commerce Cloud architecture, data models, customizations & extensions.
• B2B Commerce Cloud Certification preferred not Mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' digital transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand the requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Customize Salesforce systems by developing custom objects, triggers, workflows, and processes, ensuring high system performance.
• Support the integration of Salesforce B2B Commerce with other systems and third-party applications to enhance functionality and data flow.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce implementations, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project progress and highlighting potential risks and opportunities for improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, coding practices, and overall system architecture.
• Mentor junior developers and team members, providing guidance and support to enhance the team's knowledge and performance.
• Work on a complex Salesforce B2B Commerce project for our large clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and assist with requirements definition, specifications, design, development, and timelines for key initiatives.
• Experience with designing responsive Salesforce Communities / Storefront Buyer Experiences.
• Salesforce B2B Commerce product knowledge with experience in features like product hierarchy, storefront association, Account Group, price list, page labels, indexing.
• Assist with solution design based on product requirements.
• Customize Salesforce B2B Commerce OOTB (out of the box) flow.
• Salesforce B2B Commerce feature customization using Salesforce Metadata.
• Assist with code reviews and pull requests and DevOps methodology.
• Diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce & experience implementation.
• Have a good understanding of system design & design patterns implementation.
• Define and follow best practices to implement non-functional requirements like performance and scalability of the commerce solution.
• As Senior Developer, participate in hiring junior members, mentor, and train junior development resources.
