Job Summary: The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of infrastructure projects. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support project managers, facilitate collaboration among team members, and ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will assist in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

**Project Planning and Scheduling:

  • Assist project managers in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure project tasks are well-defined and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain project documentation, including project files, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, including progress reports, status updates, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain records of project expenses, budget, and resource allocation.

**Team Coordination:

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
  • Ensure that action items from meetings are documented and followed up.

 

**Resource Management:

  • Support the allocation and utilization of project resources.
  • Assist in managing vendor contracts and procurement processes.
  • Perform in resource hiring based on the requirements.

** Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, project management).
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in IT infrastructure and IT recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
