Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive-level Project Coordinator Finance to join our team at EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd, located in Chennai. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in ERP projects and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating our finance-related projects and ensuring seamless execution within the organization. Experience in both operational finance and ERP finance modules (SAP FICO) is a must, along with exposure to ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Agile experience. Global stakeholder experience is required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with ERP Project (Mandatory skill) in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong expertise in Financial Modeling (Mandatory skill) with an ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
• Hands-on experience with ERP (Mandatory skill) systems implementation and management.
• Proficiency with SAP FICO modules and their application in real-world financial operations.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and how they apply to project management and team collaboration.
• Demonstrated skills in Financial Analysis to provide insights and strategic financial guidance to stakeholders.
• Solid Project Management capabilities to oversee and execute finance-related projects smoothly.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, backed by real-world case studies and execution experience.
• Experience and exposure to finance business processes.
• ERP project exposure (preferably SAP).
• Logistics/supply chain experience is a plus.
• Experience of working with global projects with international stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach and learn from others.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• BE / B-Tech / MCA / Any Graduate.
• Overall 10 to 15 years of experience with at least 9+ years of experience in software development & Project Management.
• Experience in delivering and maintaining projects.
• Experience of managing project teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee ERP projects within the finance department to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement financial models to evaluate project performance and provide strategic insights.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to assist in strategic decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards across all projects and financial activities.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and responsiveness.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project execution within the given timeline and budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends and standards to incorporate best practices into project management and execution.
