Job Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Lead with Digital transformation experience in complex Global delivery engagement within the BFSI domain with a preference for retail banking. Prior experience with HSBC is a must-have requirement. This full-time position will be based in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have a maximum of 10 years of experience and will be pivotal in driving digital transformation projects, leveraging their expertise in project management and domain-specific knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in retail banking with a focus on digital transformation initiatives (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Lead within complex global delivery engagements in the BFSI sector (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in digital banking practices and emerging trends influencing the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding and application of agile methodologies to manage and drive projects effectively.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of liaising with various levels of management.
- Experience in portfolio management, optimizing resource allocation and project prioritization.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of formulating innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex global delivery engagements in retail banking digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery from conception through to implementation.
- Establish project objectives, timelines, and success metrics in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and practices to foster a collaborative and transparent project environment.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Constantly evaluate project performance, adapting strategies to achieve optimal outcomes and efficiency.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the team.
