Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced O365 / Windows 365 Cloud PC Engineer to lead the implementation and management of Windows 365 Cloud PCs within a newly established Microsoft Intune tenant. This role involves environment setup, policy design, compliance enforcement, and providing Tier 2/3 support during hypercare and transition phases.

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement Windows 365 Cloud PC environment within a new Intune tenant.

Define and configure provisioning policies for Cloud PCs (SKU assignment, sizing based on user roles).

Integrate Intune with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and endpoint protection solutions.

Develop Intune compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.

Manage Cloud PC lifecycle – provisioning, assignment, monitoring, and decommissioning.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated issues (enrolment, management, imaging).

Set up reporting, monitoring, and maintenance activities for Cloud PCs.

Transition knowledge, processes, and documentation during handover to internal staff/partners.

Key Skills:

Windows 365 Cloud PC architecture & deployment

Microsoft Intune (device compliance, application deployment, policies)

Azure AD / Entra ID integration

Conditional Access, endpoint protection, and security policy enforcement

PowerShell scripting for automation & reporting

Troubleshooting Cloud PC performance, enrolment, and policy issues

Experience:

5+ years in O365 / Endpoint management roles

Hands-on expertise in Intune & Windows 365

Location: Remote (India only)

Shifts:Afternoon : Shift (14:00–23:00) OR Night Shift (21:00–06:00)

Duration: 3 months (may extend)
