Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Sr Consultant for Enterprise License Management based in Bangalore. This position is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for a senior-level professional with expertise in license compliance and software lifecycle management. The role demands effective stakeholder management and project management skills to foster procurement strategies and reporting analytics.

Enterprise License Management

Software Lifecycle Management – Responsible for the E2E ownership of all Enterprise & Engineering license (Procurement – Retiral).

License Management

Manage relationships with software vendors and ensure that contracts and renewals are reviewed, negotiated, and compliant.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate and present regular reports on License utilization for Enterprise & Engineering license.

Software Licensing & Compliance

Ensure that software licensing agreements are adhered to, and develop strategies to prevent non-compliance issues, audits, and associated risks.

CMDB

Create Repository/Inventory for all Software managed by MBRDI.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in enterprise license management, with proven experience in handling complex license agreements and compliance.
• Ability to create and maintain a comprehensive software repository or inventory for efficiently tracking licenses and asset usage.
• Proficient in reporting and analytics to provide insightful data-driven recommendations and ensure continuous improvement in license management processes.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle management, including release planning and end-of-life processes to optimize software resource utilization.
• Experience in license compliance to prevent audit risks, ensure adherence to legal standards, and implement best practices.
• Skilled in procurement processes to effectively interact with vendors and negotiate terms that benefit the company.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various functions and levels.
• Solid project management capabilities to plan, execute, and oversee projects within the license management domain to successful completion.
