Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead IOS Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position where the candidate will be responsible for leading IOS development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. The role demands deep expertise in mobile development and a proven track record of successful project delivery in an Agile environment. Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of iOS Mobile Development experience.
• A genuine interest and passion for mobile development.
• Sound native iOS mobile experience, including expertise in Swift and Objective-C.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership where required.
• Possess the ability to operate at all levels, communicating and collaborating well to solve problems and influence change.
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of Fastlane.
• Experience writing highly tested code within a shared code base and applying best practice principles and techniques agreed on by the wider team.
• Experience working in Scrum and associated agile techniques.
• Experience with using GIT for software version control.
• CI/CD pipeline creation, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Experience working with CI/CD software development pipelines.
• Automated UI test development experience.
• Knowledge of MVVM patterns as well as SwiftUI experience.
• Multi-threaded development and debugging experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of IOS applications from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers to maintain programming standards.
• Work closely with the design team to implement UI/UX that meets high aesthetic standards.
• Maintain continuous integration and deployment workflows to streamline development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into the application development to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
