Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled Onsite Support Engineers to provide dispatch-based support services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be flexible and capable of assisting with various IT-related issues onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and printer issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and apply patches
• Perform software and hardware break-fix activities
• Basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, switches, and routers
• Install and administer Microsoft Office applications
• Provide prompt and professional onsite support to clients

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling desktop, network, and printer support
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and hardware configuration
• Good understanding of switches, routers, and related equipment
• Strong communication skills in business English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Location:

Onsite support in and around assigned client locations
