We are EIL Global, a managed IT services provider supporting clients across Asia Pacific and EMEA. Our expertise covers desktops, servers, networking, and data centre technologies. Headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, we work with clients across multiple regions and currently seek partners/engineers in Canterbury and Auckland, New Zealand, to deliver both full-time and on-demand onsite support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide break-fix support for desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), iMacs, and POS equipment.
• Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components such as HDDs, RAM, motherboards, screens, keyboards, cooling fans, and power supplies.
• Assist with software installation, OS configuration, and general troubleshooting.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and payment devices.
• Reimage and deploy systems using standard deployment tools or bootable media.
• Record work details, time spent, and parts used in the ticketing system.
• Work with L2/L3 teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Travel to client premises within the assigned area as required.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep an updated stock of spare parts and necessary tools.
