Join EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior member of the End User Platform Services BOT Team, located in Hyderabad. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Ansible or Puppet for effective deployment and management of IT resources.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory management to enhance security and improve user management processes.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions like SCCM or Intune for managing and securing devices across the organization.
• Expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V to optimize server resources and improve scalability.
• Familiarity with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow to streamline service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Comprehensive understanding of endpoint security solutions to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Experience with remote desktop services to support efficient problem-solving and connectivity for diverse end-user environments.
