Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead the SAAP / NS digital initiatives in a complex, multi-country global delivery environment. The role requires a strong track record in digital transformation programs, deep understanding of global banking delivery processes, and the ability to work across distributed teams and diverse stakeholders. Prior HSBC experience is mandatory to ensure familiarity with governance frameworks, delivery models, and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of SAAP / NS digital initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope and budget.
- Manage complex global delivery engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Work closely with business, technology, and operations teams to implement scalable and compliant digital solutions.
- Oversee governance processes, reporting, and compliance requirements as per HSBC standards.
- Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and guide project/delivery managers within the program.
- Implement best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as per project needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory: Prior HSBC experience in a delivery leadership role.
- 8+ years in project/program/delivery management, with significant experience in digital transformation projects.
- Proven success in managing complex, multi-country global delivery programs.
- Strong understanding of digital banking solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of delivery governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience in SAAP / NS digital platforms and related HSBC enterprise systems.
- Banking/financial services domain expertise, especially in digital channels.
